Code Enforcement

The environmental health staff works in partnership with the residents of Aransas County to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens, and preserve the beauty of Aransas County through the enforcement of the Abatement of Public Nuisance Ordinance. Local taxpayers pay the cost of cleaning dumpsites on public lands. To report illegal dumping or for information about legal disposal options, contact our Code Enforcement Officer,  David Jimenez  at 790.0121.
