Today Nov 27 Homeowner Assistance Program Application

Today  (Tuesday, November 27, 2018) marks the first day of the application acceptance period for the Homeowner Assistance Program (HAP) in the Coastal Bend* and Central/Golden Crescent** regions. The application website will be available beginning today on the Texas General Land Office’s Recovery website, recovery.texas.gov. Information specific to each region may be found on the site’s regional webpages: Central/Golden Crescent Regional Webpage and Coastal Bend Regional Webpage.

In the meantime, we’ve developed a Frequently Asked Questions document, divided into Stakeholder questions and Homeowner questions.

Homeowners may also review the attached Homeowner Assistance Program Checklist to have all applicable documents ready prior to application.The Homeowner Assistance Program applications will be available for residences beginning Today (11/27/2018)! The applications will be available online & in-person at various office sites. There are 2 locations in the Coastal Bend Region:
