The Texas Department of State Health Services will hold a FREE, COVID-19 drive-through testing program on Monday, November 16 and Tuesday, November 17 from 9 am – 1 pm at the Fulton Convention Center (aka Paws & Taws) for anyone who wishes to be tested.
