The deadline for residents to place storm related debris at the curb to be picked up by the county has been extended by 30 days until March 14. Debris removal crews will continue to collect debris until this date, at which point a final collection will be initiated across the County.
February 12 remains the last day that residents can apply for Private Property Debris Removal (PPDR) at the Aransas County Public Library or online, however.
As of now, more than 3.2 million cubic yards of debris have been collected by Aransas County crews since efforts first began in September 2017.
